interview for DBS customer service position. PASSED =D (with flying colours)
lol.
after the interview.. i totally understood why in the past the parents will keep harping on us to study hard and make it to uni and jc and stuff.. cos it really makes a huge difference. in e job interview, you are like categorised by your qualifications first and stuff. and i'm gald that i went to AC. cos.. we had group interviews.. so ya.. you know have an edge over others once you start talking. its like chinese really doesnt matter. even if you can speak fluent chinese.. but sorry the interview is in english!
and it doesnt even matter how you dress to the interview. i was wearing shorts lah. lol. and theres a very sad story behind it. lol. cos halfway from bukit gombak to toa payoh. guess wad. i needed to pee.. and i was estimated to reach the HDB hub on time. but as you know. if ben needs to pee. he will pee. lol. so i chiong to the toilet at bishan.. and it was a lou ya makeshift toilet. and in a hurry.. i fell and dirtied my jeans. damn suay. so i bough a pair of berms from S&K and when for the interview with nice white long sleeved shirt and shorts. LOL
and by His grace.. i got there JUST ON TIME. it was really on time. cos faith was there earlier to tick my attendance. and when i got to the office (which had a long long que) my name was called. lol. i think those who came earlier must have been damn pissed. lol. cos this late person just went pass all of them to the front. lol.
the interview was easy lah. threw out the resume and the interviewer asked us some questions. faith and i were immediately chosen.. the rest had to stay back and wait awhile more.. cos they wanted to interview the rest and if got extra space then give them. went to the HDB mall to stone for 1 hour before coming back for the briefing. which reminds me that i hafta read and understand about POSB and the Banking Act of the Singapore Legislation. sigh. i want a fun job! after this bank job. i'm going to apply for an intern at MINDS. hopefully they will give it to me! =D
sigh! my mum is overseas and i'm loserishly staying at home.
